An innovative wellbeing and performance platform in development, designed to give employees private, frictionless pathways for stress, sleep, recovery, emotional regulation, performance, creativity and growth.
For employees: support that meets them where they're at
For employers: anonymised insight into what is affecting their workforce.
UK businesses are investing heavily in wellbeing, mental health support, Employee Assistance Programmes, performance coaching, resilience training and wellbeing platforms.
Yet the core problems remain: stress, burnout, emotional overload, absenteeism and presenteeism continue to rise, while the wider performance challenge remains unresolved - helping people think clearly, create freely, make better decisions, sustain performance under pressure and grow without sacrificing their health, relationships or quality of life.
Deloitte estimates poor mental health costs UK employers £51B/year - with presenteeism accounting for £24B
Rising from 16.4M working days lost in 2023/24 to 22.1M in 2024/25
The issue is not that employers are doing nothing.
The issue is that current support is not reaching enough of what drives the problem.
Most workplace wellbeing and performance tools work at the level of awareness, education, symptom management or conscious behaviour change.
That matters - but it often depends on the employee having more capacity than they actually have.
Most people already know what would help.
They know they should switch off earlier, recover properly, sleep more deeply, stop overthinking, set boundaries or stop relying on unhealthy coping patterns.
The problem is not always knowledge - the problem is often what takes over before conscious choice.
For someone already overloaded, support that asks them to do more can become another task to manage - not something that genuinely helps.
The modern employee does not have separate "work problems" and "personal problems."
Everything is connected - and most workplace wellbeing tools still treat these issues separately.
People carry stress into sleep and poor sleep into work performance. The boundary between work and rest is rarely clean
Work pressure affects relationships, recovery, food, alcohol, scrolling and emotional regulation - far beyond the office
The same automatic patterns can affect confidence, leadership, creativity, visibility and decision-making without people realising
B-MÓR for Work is being built around a different idea:
To improve workplace wellbeing and performance, employers need to support the person behind the role - across work, life, health and performance.
The employee who is anxious
The employee who cannot sleep
The employee stuck in unhealthy decompression habits
The employee who has lost confidence
The employee functioning externally while privately exhausted
The leader with more creativity available
The founder with more capacity available
The professional who tightens under pressure
The employee who wants to perform without paying for success with health or relationships
The person who knows they have more range, confidence and capability available
The first version of B-MÓR for Work is being designed as a focused, pilot-ready MVP - not a bloated wellbeing platform trying to solve everything at once.
Employees will move through a simple, private onboarding experience that helps them identify what is affecting them and directs them towards the most relevant pathways, audio sessions and reset protocols - making support feel easy to access, practical to use and genuinely helpful in real operating conditions.
Trust and privacy are central to B-MÓR for Work. Employees need support they can actually use without feeling monitored, judged or exposed.

Personal wellbeing journeys
The goal is not surveillance.
The goal is to help organisations better understand the pressures affecting their people - while giving employees support they can genuinely trust and use.
B-MÓR's existing work already supports founders, leaders, professionals and high performers dealing with stress, poor sleep, emotional overload, self-sabotage, recovery issues and performance pressure. The platform is being built from real-world client work, guided audio, reset protocols and practical pathways already creating measurable personal and professional shifts.
CEO & Founder, Vanarama
"I was feeling very jaded and in danger of burnout. I knew I had to take action or I'd have to make sacrifices later. I woke up the next morning knowing I wasn't going to make the wrong kind of sacrifice — and definitely not to my future self."
Former Global VP, Universal Music Group
"For the first time in years I feel like myself again. I'm sleeping without issues, and my wife and kids have all noticed a huge change in me."
(NDA)
"I regained confidence, established healthier boundaries, and found calm in the face of daily pressures."
President, Internet Marketing Experience
"It felt like my brain had been optimised for performance."
B-MÓR Mental Wealth Ltd was founded by Alex Collinson and Enda Quealy to help people change at the level where many patterns actually run: beneath conscious effort, insight or willpower.
Together, they combine the two capabilities B-MÓR for Work needs: a distinctive wellbeing and performance methodology, and the operational discipline to turn it into a scalable workplace platform.
The name B-MÓR is rooted in the Irish idea of becoming more - more present, more capable, more free, more creative, more resilient, and more able to live and perform without constantly paying for success with health, relationships or peace of mind.
Co-Founder - Methodology & Transformation
Enda brings the core methodology: guided hypnosis, subconscious reset work, performance transformation, client results, group programmes, guided audios and digital products.
Co-Founder - Commercial & Delivery
Alex brings the commercial and delivery capability: programme leadership, product development, stakeholder engagement, pilot coordination and route to market.
